FRANKFURT, Nov. 25 (Xinhua) -- The German stocks closed flat on Wednesday, with the benchmark DAX index down 2.64 points, or 0.02 percent, to close at 13,289.80 points.
Automotive manufacturer Volkswagen lost 2.35 percent, the top loser among the blue chips, followed by sportswear and equipment maker Adidas and aircraft engine manufacturer MTU Aero, which went down by 2.01 percent and 1.68 percent respectively.
Housing association Vonovia gained 2.48 percent, the top gainer. European multinational online food-delivery service Delivery Hero and energy group E.ON advanced 2.09 percent and 1.94 percent respectively.
Multinational software corporation SAP was the most traded share. with a turnover of 333.03 million euros (395.97 million U.S. dollars).
China's Haier, a leading global household appliances manufacturer listed in Frankfurt in 2018, lost 1.97 percent to close at 1.015 euros per share on Wednesday.
